Aggregated, cookieless, always active; 6-month retention.

Retargeting, denied by default; 180-day retention.
07Customer relationship management
Form submissions handled on consent and legitimate interest; kept up to 7 years.
08Newsletter subscriptions
Roughly six issues per year; unsubscribe any time.
09Behavioral signals
Logged-in CRM contacts only. Anonymous visitors are never tracked this way.

No selling of data, no ad networks, and no sharing of form contents.
